HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN or EXCHANGE?
We are at your disposal to assist you to figure a smooth Return or Exchange. We will coordinate your Parcel Pick Up following your place & time slot preferences through our official partner DHL. For any Return/Exchange request, please email return-exchange@sflifestyle.it specifying your Order Number and the reason why you are asking for a Return/Exchange, within 14 working days from the date of purchase. Then we will get in touch with you to coordinate the return/exchange.
We’ll send you a notification email once your return is processed, to keep you fully informed. Keep in mind that Customer Service team is here to support you with any questions or issues relating to returns and refunds. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Return or Exchange are allowed within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
We are NOT able to accept returned items if the following conditions will not be all respected:
- The item(s) MUST be in perfect condition, never worn.
- The item(s) MUST be returned in the original Shipping Box and in the original Black Branded Cardboard Boxes, with all labels, flyers and accessories contained inside.
Once back to us, the returned item(s) will be inspected by our Quality Department in order to certify the conditions. If the Quality Return Check is positive, we will proceed with the Product Replacement or with the Refund. In any case, the client will receive a Confirmation email providing the New Order Number or Total Amount-Estimated Date Refund.
Refund might take up to 14 working days to be processed to the original buyer account by crediting the full amount through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
